We created Otium Property Group to bring a fresh perspective to property management. Within our network we have experience as property owners, developers and as tenants ourselves, so we understand the importance, complexity, and emotion that influences and shapes where and how people live – and our management style reflects this.

  • Prospective client vetting process: we take extreme diligence in vetting each client, as for us this is where building out community starts. We ensure all the basics of the client vetting process are achieved but we go one step further to ensure a sense of comfort for our property owners to be reassured their assets will not be compromised.
  • Periodic property inspections: we work with each client to identify a plan on property inspections that achieves both efficiency but also comfort in knowing your property issues are carefully managed and taken care of.
  • Commercial, residential and multi-use: we span across all three verticals, which allows us to service our clients entire property portfolio, as well as allowing us to build our network based on all three spaces.

Cultivate and build community

  • Marketing and advertising properties: we work to market and advertise our properties within our existing network, but also leverage additional tools to ensure we are reaching the widest audience.
  • Relationship management between agency and tenants: relationship development is critical to our success. We ensure to have a balance of communication across all parties to share all information proactively as needed.
  • Periodic health reporting on the property market: the property market is ever changing. We aim to provide the latest trends, insights and and our own thoughts on the landscape based on the market as well as our experience in this sector.
